Jonair (1998) Ltd provides aerial application to growers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and aerial application to forests in Eastern Canada. Jonair is seeking 2 Aerial Applicator Ag Pilots for the 2026 Forestry and Spray season to fly an Air Tractor AT-502A and/or AT-802.

Jonair (1998) Ltd provides aerial application to growers in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and aerial application to forests in Eastern Canada. Jonair is seeking 2 Aerial Applicator Ag Pilots for the 2026 Forestry and Spray season to fly an Air Tractor AT-502A and/or AT-802.
Applicant must:
- Be able to work in Canada.
- Have a minimum of 1000 hours of experience on turbine ag aircraft.
- Have experience in forestry protection, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Provide a Clean flight record to be insurable.
- Have a Canadian Commercial Pilot’s license, Aerial Pesticide Applicator License for MB, SK, NB, & NL.
- Current Valid Category One Pilot Medical.
- Be available for the entire season from May to September 2026.
- Be proficient in both reading and writing in English.
Duties:
- Aerial application of pesticides with an Air Tractor AT-502A and AT-802.
- Work with customers and ground crew in a professional manner.
- Record keeping for assigned work orders.
- Maintain daily aircraft logs as per Transport Canada guidelines.
- Keep and maintain a commercial pilot's license and a Manitoba Provincial Pesticide license.
Employment:
- Seasonal full-time from May to September 2026.
- Wages are based on acres sprayed during the season, which may depend on weather and the economy.
- Forestry wages $50.00 to $75.00 /hr., depending upon experience.
- Accommodations and vehicle provided for the duration of employment.
